Quick guide

Choose your:

  1. 1. Food, from the Pantry
  2. 2. Plate, by adding what you picked
  3. 3. Body part, to see what it's given
  4. 4. Log, to save the day and track habits

Detailed guide

Choose your plate first. There are different plates for different meals. Search or scroll the Pantry shelves for a food. Tap a food to open its quantity slider, then add it to your plate.

Once something is on your plate, tap it again any time to adjust the amount or remove it — nothing is locked in.

The three steps

  • 1 · Plan your plate — pick food from the Pantry and see it land on your plate. This is where a day's eating takes shape.
  • 2 · Feed your body — tap an organ or one of its side bars on the body diagram to see which nutrients are looking after it, and why.
  • 3 · See your nutrients — the bars show how much of each vitamin and mineral your plate has given you so far today; tap one to see which body parts it cares for.

Nothing here is about counting or restricting — it's about seeing what your food actually gives you.

Log & habits

  • Food log — tap the logbook under the plate to save today's plate and browse previous days as a graph.
  • Bad habits — the sugar, alcohol and cigarette trackers in the Pantry let you tally habits you'd rather keep an eye on; they get their own logbook and graph too.
  • Clean plates — tap the broom button to clear the plate and start fresh. Everything that was on your plate is logged. You can remove food from the Food log if you didn't eat it.
  • Sync — Premium keeps both logs saved to your account and synced across devices; without it, they stay on this device only.
