Holistic Loader is a calming meditation web app. Follow the guided breathing circle, choose healing sound frequencies such as 528 Hz and other Solfeggio tones, planetary tones and singing-bowl gongs, and relax with serene nature scenes — beach, forest, meadow, mountains and the cosmos. Set a session timer and unwind — no app to install.
Adjust the inhale, hold and exhale lengths yourself, or start from a preset built around a specific rhythm and goal — including box breathing and 4-7-8 breathing — and each preset also sets the sound, tone, scene and session length for you automatically.
Many people use guided breathing as a warm-up before something else — designing a sound bath in the Soundscape Creator, a few yoga poses, or a round of Intuition Loader once the mind is quieter.

Box breathing is a rhythm of equal-length inhale, hold, exhale and hold phases — often 4 seconds each — used to calm the nervous system. You can select it as a preset or set your own equal timings on the breathing circle.
4-7-8 breathing is a rhythm of a 4-second inhale, a 7-second hold and an 8-second exhale, often used to help with relaxation and falling asleep. It's available as one of the breathing circle's presets.
Solfeggio frequencies are a set of specific sound frequencies, including 528 Hz, associated in sound-healing traditions with different states of relaxation and wellbeing. You can choose one to play alongside the guided breathing circle.
